Refund & Return Policy

Because our popcorn is made fresh to order and is a perishable food product, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been produced or shipped.

This includes situations where items are no longer needed, event plans have changed, or orders were placed with short notice.

We take great pride in the quality of every batch we make, and your satisfaction truly means the world to us. If your order does not meet the high standards we promise, we would love the opportunity to make it right.

Please reach out to us at customer-service@misshannahspopcorn.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and our team will be happy to assist you.

You may contact us if:

  • Your order arrived damaged (crushed packaging, broken seal, etc.)
  • The wrong item or flavor was shipped in error
  • There is a quality concern with freshness, flavor, or texture
  • You are missing part of your order

Each situation is reviewed individually, and we will work with you to find a solution—whether that’s a replacement or another form of assistance.

Important for Event & Business Orders

Our website is designed for standard retail orders. If you are ordering for an event, business, or time-sensitive need, we strongly recommend using our custom order process so we can ensure proper timing, quantities, and coordination.

Orders placed through the website with tight turnaround times are fulfilled as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee changes, cancellations, or refunds once production has begun.
